More and more students are studying abroad to not only improve their career prospects, but an experience abroad also increases individual self-reliance, personal growth, and the ability to live and work with a diverse group of people. Wright State University students can incorporate a study abroad experience into their degree program by participating in one of the many exchange programs offered through the University Center for International Education.
Students can study in an intensive language program or can study business, history, literature, science, social sciences and many other areas in either English or the respective language spoken in the host country. Students can study abroad through exchange programs for a quarter, half a year, or an entire year. Internships are also available in some countries. All financial aid and scholarships apply to exchange programs since students are registered Wright State students while on an exchange program and pay Wright State tuition.
These programs are subject to their own separate agreements made between the university and college. They may require different financial or academic criteria.
Please notice that all Wright State students participating in study abroad programs are required to pay a non-refundable $100.00 application fee that should be hand in together with study abroad application.
