If you are coming to Wright State after taking classes at another college or university, University College will help you transition to this college successfully. If you have not entered a degree program, University College will help you move into an appropriate major in one of Wright State’s discipline-specific colleges.

Approximately 1,000 transfer students are admitted into University College each year and another 1,000 transfer students are admitted directly into the college of their major each year.

We offer a variety of services to assist our transfer students:

• Articulation (Transfer) Agreements with area community colleges;
• Online course equivalencies at transfer.org (u.select);
• Preparatory courses in Math and English;
• Learning assistance through the Math Learning Center, Tutoring Services and The University Writing Center
• A University College Council; and
• Scholarship opportunities.
