1964. Granted full university status in 1967.
Location
Suburban campus location 12 miles northeast of downtown Dayton, Ohio. The 557 acre campus includes green space, fountains, sculptures, and modern facilities. Nearby are Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, shopping malls, and other retailers and restaurants.
