D. Bartlett Blair is a full professor of theatre at Wright State University and has been a member of the faculty of WSU since 1980. She is the supervisor of the costume area the resident costume designer who has designed costumes for over 90 productions at Wright State and over 20 professional theatre productions. She has designed an independent feature film, The Dream Catcher, and several other short independent films. She recently worked in the wardrobe department of Universal Studios for their major motion picture, Seabiscuit. She is a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829.
