State Representative Rick Perales is serving his first term in the Ohio House. He serves the 73rd House District, which includes the western portion of Greene County. On behalf of Wright State University Social Work Club has invited Perales to discuss his journey into politics. A light breakfast will be served. Students and staff will have the opportunity to meet, greet, and ask Representative Perales question. Two raffles will be held during the event.
During this Veterans Breakfast, we will be introducing Dr. Seth Gordon, the Director for Wright State University's Veteran and Military Center. The event serves to celebrate and educate students about the United States Constitution and voter registration. Voter registration will be available at the event. Constitution Day will have guest speakers starting at 12:30, including Dr. Sean Wilson (author of the Flexible Constitution), Brian Jarvis (City Councilman of Beavercreek), Rick Perales (State Representative for the 73rd House District).
