CSI: Wright State

On March 4, Wright State will kick off the 2013 Campus Scholarship & Innovation Campaign (CSIC). All faculty, staff, and retirees are invited to the Student Union Apollo Room at 3pm to learn more about the campaign and how your support during CSIC makes a difference in our students’ lives. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

12th Annual Miami Valley Camp Fair sponsored by the Office of Pre-College Programs

The Division of Multicultural Affairs and Community Engagement presents Fall Semester Listening Sessions. We want to hear your thoughts and suggestions regarding diversity and collaborating with the community. Light refreshments will be served. Located in 060 Rike Hall for October 23 and 035 Med Sci for October 24. Wright State staff only please.

Dr. Kimberly Barrett, Vice President for Multicultural Affairs and Community Engagement

Dr. Carolyn Worby, of the Department of Pharmacology at the University of California, San Diego, will be giving a seminar on the modulation of host cell function by bacterial pathogens.

Dr. Rober Brosh, of the National Institue on Aging and the National Institutes of Health, will be giving a seminar on molecular mechanisms and pathways of DNA helicases to maintain genomic stability. This event is hosted by the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
