Mentors

Mentors are administrators from universities across the country that volunteers to assist minority candidates in their job search . They are valuable resources who have years of experience reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates for their institutions. Years of networking with their colleagues at other institutions enable mentors to link candidates with a number of employers seeking qualified minorities.
