Emerald Room (010)

The Emerald Room (010 S.U.) is a conference space available for use by WSU Students, Faculty/Staff and Off-Campus Groups. The Emerald Room is generally used by Student Organizations due to the special usage policy for the space. Student Organizations can reserve the Emerald Room in an 'AS IS' configuration, meaning they take what they get and reset the room themselves to meet their needs. This allows more activities to be reserved in this space on a daily basis. Groups who want to use the Emerald Room with a specific arrangement (done by S.U. personnel) can choose from one of the following*: Banquet, Classroom, Reception or Theater. The Emerald Room is capable of supporting full A/V equipment orders and full catering options and comes equipped with a dry-erase board. However, the Student Union must be informed by the group when the reservation is requested if catering services will be ordered. Seating Chart
