Apollo Room A, B, C (Multipurpose Room)

The Student Union Apollo Room (160/MPR S.U.) is a multi-purpose space available for use by WSU Students, Faculty/Staff and Off-Campus Groups. The Apollo Room is able to be broken into three separate rooms (A, B & C) or into grouping of rooms (A&B w/ C or A w/ B&C) by floor-to-ceiling curtains. The Apollo Room has many different seating arrangements and can accommodate up to 650 attendees. These arrangements vary based on the number of attendees and the other needs in the room. They include but are not limited to the following styles*; Banquet, Classroom, Pipe & Drape Booths, Reception and Theater. The Apollo Room is capable of supporting full A/V equipment orders, lighting requests and full catering options. The Student Union Event & Information Services Coordinator will provide a diagram of the Apollo Room for groups using the space to ensure the proper room configuration. Seating Chart
