Michael Booher is a 1978 graduate of Miami University and a 1981 graduate of The
Ohio State University College of Law. A resident
of the Dayton area, he has practiced law in the Dayton area for
over 20 years and has been a staff attorney for Student Legal Services
since 2000. Mr. Booher is licensed to practice law in the state
courts of Ohio and Florida and in the Federal District Court for
the Southern District of Ohio. He lives in Centerville with his
wife and 2 daughters. When not practicing law, he enjoys snow skiing,
scuba diving, and traveling.

Scott Ashelman graduated from Hiram College in 1995 and The University of Akron School of Law in 2001. He began his legal career at the City of Akron's Prosecutor's Office in 1999 and then joined the Wright State University Office of Student Legal Services in 2002. Mr. Ashelman has been married to his wonderful wife Dina, since 2003. When he does not have his nose buried in a Stephen King book, he has too many hobbies to count, but numbers strategy gaming—which he thinks he does well—along with golfing and painting—which he knows he does poorly—among them.
