Code of Conduct
Section XV - Operating Procedures
The director or designee will develop written operating procedures for the Conduct Review Panel, Academic Integrity Hearing Panel, University Appeals Board, and any other entity given responsibility for implementing the University's conduct process after the effective date of this code. The operating procedures are intended to assist these entities in completing their responsibilities under the Code in an effective and efficient manner. The departure of any judicial entity from its operating procedures, in the absence of bad faith or gross error, is not grounds for reversing any decision made at the time of the departure.
