Grill and Trash Can Policy

Anyone requesting grills or trash cans for an event that will be held on main campus need to contact Event Services (located in 186 Student Union).  For an event held in housing contact Residence Life (Located at the Community Center).

Ask for a "WSU Grounds Department Special Events Request Form."  Once you have filled out the form and obtained approval it needs to be submitted to Customer Service in 065 Allyn Hall or you can fax it to them at 775-3736.   The Customer Service Center must receive this request 3 working days prior to the event in order to guarantee delivery.  Grills will not be delivered without approval signature from either Event Services or Residence Life.  In addition they will not be delivered without accounting (Banner/FOAPAL) information provided.
