Reserving the Quad

The Quad is available for use by university students, faculty, staff, and departments. Reservations are available through Student Union & Events Services, E005, Student Union. and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Depending on the nature of the event, more than one group may reserve the use of the Quad on the same day and at the same time. (An example would be recruiting or information tables staffed by members of different organizations.) 

Alcohol Policy and the Quad

The sale or service of alcohol is not permitted on the Quad. Please refer to the Wright State University Alcohol Policy for a listing of locations available for such events.

Equipment

Individuals or groups requiring the use of tables, chairs, and media equipment should contact the Student Union and Events Services Administrative Office, E005, Student Union..

In consideration of the academic buildings surrounding the Quad, amplified music is not permitted.
