Student Union building hours are:
7 a.m.- 11 p.m. Monday - Friday
8 a.m.- 11 p.m. Saturday
10 a.m.- 11 p.m. Sunday
Student Union building hours are subject to change during break periods.
Office hours and services are contingent upon the specific office in the
Student Union.
The newly renovated and expanded Student Union has been designed to
be the students' community center and "living room on campus, and provides
easy access to nearly all student services under one roof. It includes:

Lockers
Lockers available for student use are located in the following tunnels:
Oelman, Millett, Rike, Fawcett, Medical Sciences Building, and Russ.
Students may arrange to rent these lockers by visiting the Student
Union Box Office located in the Atrium. A nominal fee is charged. For
information, contact (937) 775-5544.
Reserving Campus Facilities
Student Union
Room reservations in the Student Union are made in the Student
union Administrative Office, E005 Student Union (937) 775-5524.

If equipment or services are needed, the organization should obtain
them with authorizations from the Office of Student Activities as follows:
(a) for a projector screen or other audiovisual equipment, contact
Student Activities; (b) for refreshments or meals, arrangement may be
made directly with University Dining Services, or, if special arrangements
should be made, in the Student Union Administrative Office.
Priority will be given to campus groups for the use of facilities.
Campus groups may use the facilities free of charge unless expenses
above normal maintenance and operating costs are incurred.
Student organizations are encouraged to use the Multipurpose Room
for activities described in the Social Events Policy. A completed
Social Events Form must be submitted according to university policy.
The Student Union will place an advance hold on five weekend dates
for the Multipurpose Room. These dates will be assigned through
the lottery process coordinated by the Office of Student Activities. Student
organizations are permitted to reserve additional dates based on
approval of the Social Event form.
Quadrangle, Amphitheatre, Road Signs
Reservations for the Quadrangle and the Amphitheatre are arranged through
the Office of Student Activities, W012 Student Union. Reservations for
the large road signs/billboards at the Kauffman entrance to campus
are made in the Student Union Administrative Office.
Classrooms
The use of classrooms by student groups for meeting and seminars
is arranged through the Office of Student Activities, W012 Student Union.
Tables
Student organizations wishing to reserve tables for bake sales, outside
vendors, raffles, or for rush and other purposes, should contact
the Office of Student Life, W036 Student Union. Tables are available
in Allyn Hall near the Hangar and in the Student Union near the
Office of Student Activities, the Atrium and the Recreation Desk.
