Leadership, Scholarship, and Service are strong core values of our fraternal community. Our fraternities and sorority chapter members hold leadership positions within their respective chapters, as well as in other student organizations on campus. The breath and diversity of leadership experiences prepare our fraternity and sorority members to assume leadership roles and positions in the workplace after graduation.

Our fraternities and sororities commit many hours of service to provide positive impact to the campus and local Greater Dayton communities. Also, each fraternity and sorority chapter is focused on specific national or local philanthropic and service projects and areas.
