VGC began in the fall of 2000. At first, it involved three people, Rob Bever, Jon Brenly, and Michael Irving.

VGC is a gaming student organization used for recreation and fun. Here, we talk about video games, play card games, relax between classes, or whatever.

VGC began holding tournaments in the fall of 2001, when we became an official student organization. Since then, we have hosted six tournaments and enjoyed every one of them.
