Greetings Wright State Residents!! My name is Ryan Phipps and I’m this years President of the Residential Community Association. I am currently a sophomore majoring in Political Science and residing in the Honors Community Complex. Last year I was the Vice President of the Honors Community Council, as well as, one of the representatives whom attended the General Assembly Meetings. Last year was so much fun for me to be on a council and I encourage everyone to get involved because you never know where it will take you. Being apart of your community council is an amazing experience, one that you will never forget.

I am excited to be able to lead such an amazing group within the Residential Community Association this year! We have all been working very hard to create events, educational programs, resolve residential problems, and just make you feel more at home here at Wright State. Please do not hesitate to contact me or any of the other e-board members you see below if you have any problems, questions, or just want to talk. We are here for you!

I hope you all have a great year and I look forward to seeing you all at RCA's events, programs, or just around campus. If you need anything please email me at phipps.21@wright.edu or call me at (937) 594-1709.

Davy Fogler
Residential Relations Chair

Hey all!! I'm Davy and I am your Residential Relations Chairperson on your 2008-2009 Residential Community Association Executive Board. I am a sophomore Mechanical Engineer here at Wright State and will be living in the honors community for the second consecutive year. I was born in Europe as an army baby, and moved to Ohio when I was almost a year old. Since then I have lived most of my life in the small village of Tarlton about 45 minutes south of Columbus. I attended a small high school and graduated Valedictorian, one of three. But enough about the past, it is time to look toward the future.

Next year I am here to serve you! If you have any issues, questions, or concerns about any aspect of being a resident here at WSU, just let me know and I will see what I can do to answer the questions, or resolve the issue. Also, starting this year, my position has also taken on the responsibility of planning Educational Programs. So if you are a returning resident and see a change you want made get in touch with me and I will be more than happy to hear your opinion and do my best to come to a suitable conclusion. If you are a new student I, as well as the rest of the E-Board, would be more than willing to answer any questions you have about living on campus.

I am looking forward to serving you as a resident and a student in the best way possible. Feel free to email me at fogler.2@wright.edu or cal my cell at (740)412-8585.

Thanks all, have a great year!!

Bethany Cupp
National Communications Chair

Hey there! I'm Bethany Cupp and I'm so happy to be on the 2008-2009 RCA Eboard and help connect the communities here at Wright State. First off, here's a little about me: I graduated from Troy, Ohio in 2007 and I am currently a mass communications major with a focus in Public Relations. I hope to graduate in 2011 with a bachelors degree. I want anyone who needs help with their communities to know that I'm available and ready to help handle any problems that arrive. Whether it be a programming issue, or if you don't know how to talk to your roommate, I'm here for you. Last year, I served as the Hamilton Hall Community Council President and helped Ham plan and pull off events. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it because of all the friends you make and the fun you have along the way! This year, I will be serving as the National Communications Coordinator, which means, I will bring people to conferences around the United States to learn and have fun with other student leaders.

If you feel you are a student leader and would like help getting involved, please contact me! I know this will be a great year for RCA!

Rachel Brame
Secretary

Hey, I'm Rachel Brame, the Secretary for the 2008-2009 Residential Community Association. I really look forward to meeting and working with a lot of people this year!

I'm a sophomore Biology Major in the Honors program, and I am from the area near the impossibly tiny town of McArthur, Ohio. Last year, I was Honors Community Council Secretary, and that was so much fun that I wanted to be more involved on campus than I already was. So, here I am! I organize all the information that involves RCA, including not only our meetings, but also that of each Community Council on campus.
If there is any random information that you need to know about what will be happening on campus, I'll probably be able to tell you!

I totally reccommend joining your residence hall Community Council and being an active student at Wright State. Have a GREAT year, and feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions, or just need to have your
voice heard.
