Hey Raiders! My name is Baylee Butler and I will be the Residential Community Association's Vice President for the 2011-2012 school year. I am currently a senior majoring in Political Science and minoring in Philosophy. This is my third year on RCA. I look forward to serving the residents to the best of my abilities and hosting tons of great programs for the WSU community.
