Updated the website to use CSS using a slightly different look. Things to note, new style for the Navigation section, some pictures open in pop up windows as well as some links.

I have been working on updating the site to use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), this will improve the overall look of the site at times as well as ease the updates and any future changes.

Updated the new site template with an even better directory system and have updated versions of all pages that will be used in the final product. All the links work, (or should work), so don't be afraid to test them out. If everyone likes how this new design looks/feels/works, then I believe we are ready to replace the old site with this version.
