Phi Alpha Theta Rho Sigma Chapter

Meeting Minutes of February 3, 2005

The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. by President Marlee Sheppard. Those in

attendance were Marlee Sheppard, Lisa Pasquinelli, Mike Arbagi, and Serena Bracewell.

Old Business:

Next History through film night: February 25, 6:00 p.m. M252 CAC “Hero” and Dr.

Meyer.

Movie Night: Big success for Luther except for glitch about the room.

New Business:

Student Government: Newsletter will be sent out, we need to put in 200 words. “Fall

Fest” in the atrium could happen March 4.

Student Activities Board: fundraising opportunity, the Lost and Found will be given to

clubs for them to sell.

Budget Meeting: we don’t need to report a budget, just use the special fund form, because

our club is so small.

Regional Conference: April 2, can SFC pay for registration hotel and travel?

Other Activity: Suggestion was made to put on a Renaissance Faire with the Medieval

Club on the quad in the Spring.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:31 p.m. by President Sheppard.

The next meeting will be held Thursday February 17 at 5:00 p.m. in the first floor lobby of Millett Hall.
