• The first team member will begin in the pool for a 250 yard (10 length) timed swim.
• The second team member will ride a stationary bikes through a preprogrammed 6-mile course.
• The third team member will complete preprogrammed 2-mile treadmill course.

Location: The Indoor Triathlon will take place in the Wright State University Student Union. The swimmers will report to the pool while the runners and cyclists should report to the Fitness Center.

Time: Half-hour time slots are available at 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, and 4:30PM. There will be up to three competitors allowed in each time slot, per event. Team members do not need to sign up for identical time slots, nor does the swim leg need to be completed prior to the bike or run legs. The only requirement is that each of the three team members completes their portion of the relay sometime during the day.

This is a great event for all, as the distances are short, and the atmosphere will inviting to all levels of fitness.
