These techniques have been put into the table in the order in which they are encountered in katas. Only the techniques that appear in the student katas (Fukyugata Series, Pinan Series, Naihanchi Series) are listed here. The page numbers refer to Shoshin Nagamine's book, "The Essence of Okinawan Karate-do".
