Beta Theta Pi opened its first Administrative Office in 1949 at 208 East High Street in Oxford, Ohio. The cornerstone was sealed into the new Foundation and Administrative Office on October 29, 1994, the new facility being one of a handful of Beta 2000 goals established by the Fraternity to be accomplished by the turn of the century. the new building is over 300% larger then the old Administrative Office.

Features to visit in the new building include the John Reily Knox Library which contain the largest collection of book written by members of Beta, the Camplanile Telescope which gives the viewer a stunning view of the Centenary Campanile on Miami University's campus, and the Archive Museum which holds many historic items from Beta Theta Pi's past.
