Beta Theta Pi opened its first Administrative Office in 1949 at 208 East High Street in Oxford, Ohio. The
cornerstone was sealed into the new Foundation and Administrative Office on October 29, 1994, the new facility
being one of a handful of Beta 2000 goals established by the Fraternity to be accomplished by the turn of the
century. the new building is over 300% larger then the old Administrative Office.
