April 25th, 1999 at the Dayton Convention Center was the scene for the Delta Phi Chapter's Annual Alumni Banquet. Tons of alumni poured in from everywhere. Awards were given to Brother of the Year Donald Pickett, our new Beta Sweetheart, Bambie, and many others. Also, Misty Shoop and his wife were on hand for the festivities.
