STUDENT ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION FOR 2010 SCHOOL YEAR

Following is information regarding registering your organization for the 2010
school year.  This information can also be found on the WSU Student Organization
website:  http://www.wright.edu/studentactivities/studentorgs/resources.html

Then scroll down to Student Organization Registration and click on Training Dates

WE’RE NOT CLOWNING AROUND
COMPLETE THESE REQUIREMENTS TO
REGISTER YOUR STUDENT ORGANIZATION
FOR 2010 SCHOOL YEAR
SIGN UP FOR SESSION:  Presidents and Treasurers must come in to the Office of Student Activities
                                               019 Student Union or call the Office of Student Activities, 775-5570 to   
                                               sign up for the session they wish to attend since seating is limited at each.

ATTEND ONE SESSION:  President is required to attend one president training session
                                                Treasurer is required to attend one treasurer training session
                                               
REGISTER YOUR ORGANIZATION:  FRIDAY, JUNE 18 at 5 p.m. is the FIRM registration deadline
All organizations must have completed president and treasurers training and correctly and totally completed the Student Organization Registration Form on OrgSync by Friday, June 18 at 5 p.m.

IF YOUR ORGANIZATION DOES NOT COMPLETE ALL OF THE ABOVE
STEPS BY JUNE 18 AT 5 P.M., YOUR GROUP CANNOT PARTICIPATE
IN DO THE U OR FALL FEST.

Celtic Heritage Club
Organizational Meeting!
When: Monday May 3 at 7 p.m.
Where: E-103 (Explorer Room) in the Student Union
Open to all WSU students, staff and faculty! Ancestry not required, only
interest! We’re going for a genuine sense of fáilte, so bring your friends!
We will be raising interest in the group and discussing details of how
the club should be organized, potential activities and topics of discussion, and
generally what we want to get out of the club and its role on campus and in the community!

GLORY CON

Apollo, Atlantis, Endeavor, and Pathfinder Lounge Student Union

Glory Con is the annual event put on by Adventurers’ Guild. There will be table-top and role playing games. A video game room open to all attendees. Bell Book and Comic will attend as vendor. Featuring a screening of Revelation, a movie shot on Wright State’s campus recently.

SOLAR OBSERVING MONDAYS

Monday, May 3rd (Every Monday of Spring Quarter!)

The Quad

Astronomy Club will be observing the sun through our club telescope, which is now outfitted with our NEW full-aperture glass solar filter! We will also have a table with information on the sun and our organization, the Astronomy Club. Please stop by if you are in the area!

Join the University Activities Board for our annual May Daze event. For this May Daze, we would like to see Raider Spirit out in full force! Come not only to see the fun and the music, but also to see all the groups, activities, and resources available to you at Wright State! Remember...We are Wright State! We are Raiders! Come to May Daze's Raider Craze!  We will be having musicians from the local Dayton area. We will have food vendors. We will have inflatable games. And best of all, we will have tables from many student organizations and departments on campus! Come check it all out!
