STUDENT ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION FOR 2010 SCHOOL YEAR
IF YOUR ORGANIZATION DOES NOT COMPLETE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
STEPS BY JUNE 18 AT 5 P.M., YOUR GROUP CANNOT PARTICIPATE
IN DO THE U OR FALL FEST.

Following is information regarding registering your organization for the 2010
school year.  This information can also be found on the WSU Student Organization

Then scroll down to Student Organization Registration and click on Training Dates

WE’RE NOT CLOWNING AROUND
COMPLETE THESE REQUIREMENTS TO
REGISTER YOUR STUDENT ORGANIZATION
FOR 2010 SCHOOL YEAR
SIGN UP FOR SESSION:  Presidents and Treasurers must come in to the Office of Student Activities
                                               019 Student Union or call the Office of Student Activities, 775-5570 to   
                                               sign up for the session they wish to attend since seating is limited at each.

ATTEND ONE SESSION:  President is required to attend one president training session
                                                Treasurer is required to attend one treasurer training session
                                               
REGISTER YOUR ORGANIZATION:  FRIDAY, JUNE 18 at 5 p.m. is the FIRM registration deadline
All organizations must have completed president and treasurers training and correctly and totally completed the Student Organization Registration Form on OrgSync by Friday, June 18 at 5 p.m.

FOOD PANTRY FOR WSU STUDENTS SURVEY
WSU is exploring establishing a food pantry on campus for students who are economically vulnerable and unable to meet their basic needs.  We need your help to assess how to best meet the needs of students.

THE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE CHARITY VARIETY SHOW
Wednesday, May 26

Medical Science Auditorium
University College’s First Year Experience will host a charity variety show to raise awareness for and contribute food to an on-campus food pantry! Contestants from multiple performance areas will compete for prizes donated by local businesses. Admission of 3 non-perishable food-item donations or $3.00 is requested. Each audience member will receive one ticket per food item/dollar donation that will be used to vote for the Audience Favorite. Another Night of Random One Acts is a theatrical production from Troupe where the audience will be given a list of scenes from which to choose. Based on their choices, the actors will perform the scenes that were requested.

Astronomy Club will be observing the sun through our club telescope, which is now outfitted with our NEW full-aperture glass solar filter! We will also have a table with information on the sun and our organization, the Astronomy Club. Please stop by if you are in the area!
