A-HEART HEALTHY WORKSHOP
Thursday, March 20
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Student Union
This is a fun way that we think the student body will be able to begin to learn some exciting ways to get themselves into shape... especially before Spring Break. This is really not a typical event per say... but rather our attempt to get more people healthy, active, and most of all use the resources that have been provided by the University.
