ARMY ROTC LEADERSHIP TRANING COURSE
Summer will be here before you know it. Your plans may include catching a few rays, or working at a basic entry-level summer job. Now Army ROTC has a wonderful opportunity for accelerating your leadership development along with your managerial skills to achieve your future goals for advanced employment. Army ROTC offers a paid summer leadership development program that will assist you in the achievement of these goals. The Army ROTC Leader’s Training Course (LTC) is the Army’s 2-year AROTC Program entry point. Through the Leader's Training Course, students without AROTC Basic Course experience can examine the Army first-hand, and qualify for Advanced Course (final two years of school) entry. The Army ROTC instructors observe college students from around the country to determine and assess their officer potential in a leadership oriented, challenging, and fun four-week training program at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
