LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENT ORGANIZATION THIS QUARTER

The 2 final registration seminars for presidents and treasurers to attend required training in order to be able to register your student organization will happen on Monday, November 3 in E157 student union at 5 p.m. and Thursday, November 6 in E163 student union at 11a.m.  Your president is required to attend the president's sessions at ONE of the seminars and your treasurer is required to attend the treasurer's sessions at ONE of the seminars.

KAPPA DELTA PI MITTEN TREE

Monday, October 13th – Friday, October 24th

Educational Resource Room (ERC), 116 Allyn Hall

Kappa Delta Pi Honor society in education is sponsoring Wright State’s own Mitten Tree.  Please donate new or gently used hats, scarves, and mittens/gloves by “hanging” them on the tree located in the Educational Resource Center (ERC).  These items will be donated to local students in the surrounding areas.

THE UNDERDOGS: A NEW CONTEMPORARY COMEDY

The Directing Lab

Come see this comedy written and directed by film major Nicole Riegel. The show is about four starving artists that become opportunists by marketing themselves until romance and a big offer from a wealthy producer upsets the cohesion.  This event is completely free!

OCTOBER CAN RECYCLING DRIVE

Sunday. October 19th

12:00pm – 4:00pm

College Park Basket-ball court

Gang Green will start organizing frequent can drives where you can bring your cans for us to take to the recycling center.  It’s better than throwing them in the trash, and it will benefit our organization as well.  Baked goods will be given away to those who participate.


CIRCLE K OPEN HOUSE

Monday, October 20th

6:00 – 8:00 pm

The North Lawn

Come join Circle K for their open house. There will be hotdogs and hamburgers! Also, you can get more information about Circle K.

ZETA TAU ALPHA THINK PINK WEEK

Monday, October 20th-Friday, October 24th

Join Zeta Tau Alpha for their week long events to raise money for breast cancer awareness and education. On October 23rd, come to Pie and Eta Pi. On October 24th, come for the Yoplait yogurt eating contest. Make sure to stop by every day to buy some yummy baked goods from their bake sale!

DISNEY COLLEGE PROGRAM

Monday, October 20th- Tuesday, October 21st

Both days begin at 5:00pm

E163B Student Union

The Disney College Program is for college students interested in working at the Walt Disney theme parks. The program is open to all majors, sophomores or above, with an established and cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.  Interested? Candidates must attend an on-campus or electronic information session. Allow two hours to attend the presentation. On-campus information sessions will be held the 20th and 21st.
