Vision and Goals 2008

The goals for the Office of Student Activities will provide for growth in student involvement, expansion of leadership development opportunities, effective utilization of resources while promoting diversity, and promote efficiency through new web based organizational software.

1) GROWTH: Increase participation of Fraternities & Sororities by 5% by providing a foundation for effective recruitment and retention programs from Spring 2008 to Spring 2009

2) EXPANSION: Increase participation in overall annual leadership development programs by 50% by expanding offerings from academic year 2007-2008 to academic year 2008-2009

3) RESOUCES: Design 3 intentional efforts to enhance collaborative efforts between student organizations to enhance cross cultural understanding and effectively utilize financial, human and facility resources

4) EFFICIENCY: Create efficiency in student organization management by implementing new OrgSync software and achieve 50% of all organizations utilizing core identified functions of the program
