Rick joined the staff in September 2004. He has worked at Kent State University, Hiram College, Ohio University and The University of Akron and has held positions in student activities, student unions, and student affairs administration since 1986. He received a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Management from The University of Akron, a Master's of Education in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel from Kent State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration from Ohio University. Rick is responsible for the overall leadership of the department with a focus on the Leadership Development and Student Organizations program areas. He also serves as adjunct faculty for Organizational Leadership in the College of Education. "I enjoy working with WSU students and helping them grow with their leadership responsibilities and personal development. I look forward to my work every day! I find it energizing to work with students, faculty and staff in this collaborative and creative environment."

Tonya joined the Wright State University family in 1992 when she began her college career as a student. Two years in to her college career, she became a WSU employee. She juggled the roles of full-time mother, student, and staff member. During her tenure at Wright State University, she has held positions in career services, academic affairs, and student affairs. In 1998, Tonya received a Bachelor's of Science in Rehabilitation Services and a Master's of Education in Student Affairs and Higher Education. Tonya is responsible for campus programming for the department and student organizations. She is the department liaison for the First Year Advisory Committee and First Weekend, and has held numerous leadership positions on campus-wide committees. "My experience at Wright State University is fulfilling"."I enjoy meeting students from various cultures and ethnicities. I learn a great deal from the students I interact with."

Gina Keucher joined the Student Activities staff in 2007, working as a graduate assistant for Fraternity and Sorority Life, and in 2009 became the Assistant Director of Student Activities for Fraternity & Sorority Life and Leadership.  A graduate of WSU, and an active alumnae member of Sigma Kappa Sorority (Epsilon Eta, Findlay College), Gina served six years as advisory board chair to the Sigma Kappa chapter at the University of Dayton; served two years as a National Collegiate Province Officer. After working closely with college students as an advisor, Gina returned to WSU and received a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education in June 2009.

Viki began working at Wright State University in May 1999. Before coming to the university, she had worked for various corporations. She received a Bachelor's of Art in Home Economics from Ohio Dominican College. In the Office of Student Activities, Viki manages student services such as composing and sending out the Wright Weekly E-News, registration of student organizations, managing office operation, departmental marketing, assisting with programs for the entire WSU campus and answering students' questions on various policies and procedures. She serves as a representative on the Student Affairs Staff Development Committee, Homecoming Committee and Welcome Week Committee "The Office of Student Activities is such a high energy, fun place to work. We are able to interact with a diverse student population on a daily basis and we never know what the day will bring. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet and get to know the awesome students that attend Wright State."

Lenny joined the staff in Spring 1999. He has held positions in the Physical Plant and Payroll Departments before joining the Office of Student Activities. He received a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Wright State University and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Professional Business from Lorain County Community College. Lenny is responsible for maintaining the accounts for the department as well as the student organizations including The Guardian, NEXUS, WWSU Radio Station, Rainbow Alliance, University Activities Board, Greek Life, and all the student clubs on campus. "Having been a student and employee since 1991 on the Wright State campus has been a rewarding experience. I feel extremely fortunate to work in an environment surrounded by remarkable staff members and phenomenal students. Without question, when I began working in The Office of Student Activities- I hit the Lottery!"


Galen Crawford

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati, Galen enrolled in the Student Affairs in Higher Education graduate program at WSU and served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct during the 2010 school year.  Galen joined the Office of Student Activities in 2011 as a Graduate Assistant for programming and community service.   He is also involved with Student Government, the Graduate Student Assembly, and is a peer instructor for UVC 101.  Throughout his time working in higher education, Galen has sought to "facilitate an environment for students to engage in personal development and academic success while taking advantage of any opportunity worth pursuing."

Lindsey is originally from Cincinnati, OH and is enrolled in the Student Affairs in Higher Education Masters Program.  She is the graduate assistant within the Office of Student Activities with Leadership Development and is the new advisor for the student organization, Wilbur & Orville Wright Leadership Academy.  Lindsey received her bachelor's degree from Wright State University in Early Childhood Education and was very involved in many different aspects of campus life.  She is excited to be working within the Office of Student Activities so she can continue to be involved with campus life and to pass on her experiences at Wright State to current students!

Roxie is the 2011-2012 Graduate Assistant for GLBTQA Programs and Initiatives.  While she is currently pursuing her M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education here at Wright State University, she received her B.A. in Theatre and Dance from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. Roxie has been an active ally in the GLBTQA community for many years helping organize protests, advising student GLBTQA organizations, and providing GLBTQA student programs for Wilmington College and the Ohio State University.  “I am thrilled to be a part of the WSU community and to work with our amazing students in the Rainbow Alliance.  I am looking forward to strengthening our new GLBTQA Resource Room and helping to make positive changes on campus!”
