The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership (SIL) at Wright State University is a team of student-centered professionals committed to providing student organization services, campus programs, fraternity and sorority life, and leadership development programs to support students’ holistic development.
By promoting our values of cultivating community, appreciating and respecting diversity, promoting accessibility, enhancing empowerment, creating collaboration, delivering service, and modeling the leadership principles we teach, the staff provides a framework for purposeful and meaningful experiences that prepare students for life after college.
