Course Descriptions

Yoga Flow

Foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Benefits of yoga include improved strength, balance, and flexibility, back pain relief, heart health, better sleep, more energy, stress management, and more. All fitness levels are welcome.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp Challenge yourself with an efficient workout consisting of traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training. No equipment is needed, although a yoga mat and weighted objects around the house (cans, water bottles, books, etc.) may be helpful. All fitness levels are welcome.

Restful Sleep Meditation

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique - such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity, to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm, and stable state. When performed before bed, meditation can promote deeper sleep.

Zumba

A fun and energizing workout! Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training—alternating fast and slow rhythms—to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
