National Yoga Month
September is National Yoga Month, and the Office of Campus Recreation is offering free small group office yoga sessions to celebrate. Learn easy-to-do stretches and breathing techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress in these 20-minute sessions. Sessions available Monday-Friday, September 5-29 from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 pm. Send an email to Rec-Fit@wright.edu with "Office Yoga" as the subject to schedule a session for your office or student group.
Rec Fit Happy Hour
Interested in a free personal training consultation? Send an email to Recfirstname.lastname@example.org for a complimentary 30-minute session on select Fridays in October. Sessions include a brief introduction to the four components of health-related fitness and a one-on-one exercise session with a Rec-Fit personal trainer.
