The Take Flight Leadership Retreat is a full weekend leadership experience designed to build relationships between executive boards of student organizations, groups residing in the lower level of the University’s Student Union, and fostering leadership in students from freshmen to seniors.

The Wright State Office of Student Activities will be hosts an annual Student Recognition Reception. During the reception, several awards are presented to outstanding student leaders and student organizations, in an effort to recognize students from all areas of campus life.

Student Leadership Series
1 credit course offered fall and spring semesters

The Student Leadership Series course is a series of workshops focused around the student leader and information that is pertinent to their success. Some of the topic areas covered are:  ice breakers, values clarification, personal balance, ethics, diversity, dealing with difficult people, community service, coalition building, delegation, leading change, and marketing your leadership.
