Academy of Psychology

Statement of Mission

The Wright State University Academy of Psychology is dedicating to supporting excellence in the training of professional psychology through education, research, and service.  The Academy awards student scholarships, recognizes outstanding examples of professionalism, and provides opportunities for fellowship in the mental health community.

• To support the Wright State University School of Professional Psychology and its programs, with emphasis on students in financial need.
• To connect the professional mental health community with the school and recognize professional achievement in the practice of professional psychology.
• To promote excellence in professional psychology education and training.

Membership

Levels
Active Membership - those members who contribute $100 annually.
Associate Membership - those members who are within one year of post-doctoral training and contribute $50 annually.
Non-profit Membership - those agencies and non-profit organizations who contribute $250 annually.
Corporate Membership - those corporations contributing a minimum of $1000 annually to the Academy.

Benefits
Academy members will receive free CEUs - available at Wright State and some that will be offered just to Academy members.
