Dorms

Accommodations in on-campus housing are available and may be reserved by coaches through the team registration process. Wright State has 1,600 beds available in three communities. All dorm rooms are air-conditioned and feature microwaves, refrigerators, and wireless internet access.

Fun activities will be planned exclusively for teams staying in the dorms.

Teams may check in as early as Wednesday, May 15, and may stay as late as Monday, May 20. At least two adults must stay in the dorms with each team. The cost is $60 per person regardless of how many night they will be staying. A limited number of linen packages are available at an additional cost.

Travel

We hope you are excited about your trip to Wright State University. We are at the center of one of the technological hubs in the state, growing in commerce, research, and artistic endeavors.

Wright State is located 15 minutes east of downtown Dayton, Ohio, approximately 70 miles west of the state capital, Columbus. Cincinnati, Toledo, and Indianapolis are all within an hour or two of driving.

Air transportation is provided by several major airlines to Dayton International Airport, about 25 minutes from campus. Ground transportation to campus from the airport is provided by rental car, taxi, or limousine service.

    I-75 south to I-70 east
    I-70 east to I-675 south

Parking and Transportation

There are plenty of places to park on campus. Students may be dropped of at any building. Cars may be parked in any lot. Buses should avoid gated lots and are asked to park at the perimeter of Lots 4 and 13.

Students should NOT attempt to walk to the Nutter Center from campus. Students may be dropped off at Gate 3 for all Nutter Center events. Wright State will provide a shuttle service from on-campus housing to the Nutter Center for these events as well (more details to come).

Several dining locations will be open during the weekend.

Teams may pre-purchase (through the registration portal) boxed lunches and pizzas for Saturday (SOLD OUT). These can be picked up in the lobby of Oelman Hall between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Teams saying in Wright State campus housing may purchase a meal plan. These meals will be served in the Hangar (in Allyn Hall) during the following hours:
