Diversity Contributes to the Bottom-line
Annette Clayton, President of Saturn and Wright State
College of Engineering alumnae, capped off
this
year’s successful Human Resources Lecture Series sponsored by the Raj
Soin College of Business Management Department and Right Management
Consultants.
In a compelling and entertaining discussion, Clayton outlined how
diversity influences and pervades General Motors’ market strategy,
product innovation, customer satisfaction and employee development.
Clayton shared creative employee training approaches, emotionally moving
ad campaigns and powerful market profiles to demonstrate how diversity
is valued throughout all of Saturn’s and General Motors’ operations.
Clayton, who is a Xenia native, began her career at General Motors in
Dayton as a Wright State engineering coop student.
Watch for next year’s Human Resources Lecture Series which will again be
sponsored by the generous support of Right Management Consultants, a
Fortune
500 company that is a leading career management and human resources
consulting company.
