Steven E. Glauser, Ph.D, is a consulting psychologist who has spent his career in the field of human behavior. His areas of expertise include executive and senior team alignment and effectiveness, executive coaching and development, cultural and organizational change, and building ethics and core values into the enterprise from the boardroom to the “shop floor.”
Prior to Right, Dr. Glauser was President of LeverEdge Consulting, and before that served a ten-year stint with Unisys as its Global Director of Organization Development, with line and staff assignments in North America, Europe and Asia. He has worked with such diverse organizations as Unisys, Wyeth-Ayerst, AstraZeneca, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Penn Mutual, Kraft Foods, Mercy Health Systems, Main Line Health, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, duPont Children’s Hospital, University of Pennsylvania Health System, Johnson & Johnson, BellSouth, Verizon, Black & Decker, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, Unilever, Altria, World Bank, Fannie Mae, The Wharton School of Business and various local, state and Federal agencies.
A licensed psychologist, Dr. Glauser earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and Masters Degrees in both Organization Behavior and Psychology and a Ph.D combining his work in organizational and clinical psychology, all from Temple University.
