Tommy was a loving husband, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend, and a United States Air Force veteran. Tommy is going to be greatly missed by all who knew him. He died on March 3, 2021.

Robert Luby spent 33 years in Piqua City Schools as a teacher, administrator and coach, including 30 years teaching at Bennett Junior High School and serving as principal at Bennett for 13 years. Following his retirement, he was employed by Wright State University as a supervisor of student teachers and an instructor for nine years. He died on Feb. 19, 2021.

As a faculty member at Indiana University and for 22 years at Wright State University, Jerome Clemens taught physical geography and climatology, holding an emeritus professorship upon retirement from WSU. He died on Jan. 15, 2021.

Rand Evans was an expert on the subject of the history of psychology and related antique scientific instrumentation. His professional life began as an assistant professor of psychology at Wright State University from 1967 to 1972. He died Jan. 8, 2021, in Livermore Falls, Maine.

Dr. Gruber retired from medicine and moved to 35 beautiful acres in Sylva, NC. He gained so many new friends there. He loved farming, fishing, antiquing, cooking, woodworking, beekeeping, hosting dinner parties, and dancing with his friends. He passed away Jan. 5, 2021, after complications developed from COVID-19.

Janice Jean Gabbert, 80, of Dayton, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020. She served as chair of the Department of Classics for almost 20 years and retired in 2004.

Elizabeth Harden was a pioneer, in the best sense of the word. She was the only woman to receive a Ph.D. in her graduating class at Arkansas, and she was the first female full professor in the English Department and in the College of Liberal Arts at Wright State. She has been applauded for both her teaching and administrative work at Wright State. She passed away on Dec. 11, 2020.

After retiring from Wright State University as an administrative secretary in the Office of University Communications, Vi enjoyed traveling with her husband, volunteering for SISCA and Meals on Wheels, and participating in bible/fellowship studies. She died on Nov. 17, 2020.
