RSP Pre Award Training

Description: Join Research and Sponsored Programs for an overview of the proposal process and budgeting tips. Whether you are considering your first proposal or are a seasoned submitter, this training is for you! We will cover the proposal process, when to contact Pre Award staff, budgeting tips, plus time for questions and answers.

There have been some changes in the Pre Award staff recently and the team will be on hand for you to meet everyone.

RSP Gateway: Using the Proposal Development Module for System-to-System Submission

Description: This workshop will familiarize attendees with the RSP Gateway module used for both proposal development/submission through the Gateway and electronic routing. Presentation topics include types of information required to complete the proposal package; what steps must be taken to access the package; how to enter/upload proposal materials into the package; and how to approve the proposal during the routing process.

Description: In this hand-on workshop, attendees will learn to navigate the University’s subscription database, SPIN, and learn various techniques for performing funding searches.
