HOW TO APPLY
If you are a first time applicant for VA education benefits, you will need to do the following:
- Mail a copy of your Member 4 DD214 to the VA

Buffalo, NY 14240-4616
- Complete the online application for Chapter 33 Benefits Chapter 33 Online Application
- Obtain your Certificate of Eligibility from the VA (bring this form to the WSU VA Office along with the completed forms listed below).
