| Undergraduate/Professional Degree Application Information |
Note: Responsibility for registering in appropriate classes, scheduling, and fulfilling all university and program requirements for graduation rests with the student.

Applications are available at the Office of the Registrar.

All courses must be completed prior to your graduation. Please give this special consideration and choose your correct graduation date accordingly.
|
| 3. |
Check with your college and department to confirm that all of your graduation requirements will be met by the end of the quarter of your anticipated graduation date.

College of Liberal Arts and College of Science and Mathematics undergraduate students must complete a degree check with their advisors before applying for graduation. An advisor authorization form will be provided and must be submitted along with your completed degree application. |

The application fee is $35. The fee can be paid by cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard/Visa/Discover) at the Bursar’s cashier windows. You must present your application at the Bursar's window when paying your fee.

This is a non-refundable, one-time only processing fee. If you must reapply, you will not be required to pay a new fee. |
