• Only one backout/cancellation will occur each quarter. This one backout will occur for students who have registered during Early Registration and who have not paid their fees. For students who register during Open Registration no backout will occur; students are responsible for paying their fees or taking action to cancel their registration.
• Early registration: Students will receive a notice sent to their WSU e-mail account when their monthly electronic billing statement is available for viewing through Wings Express.

Late Registration Fee -

• A late registration fee/late add fee of $250 will begin the sixteenth calendar day of each quarter.
• A monthly late payment fee of $50 may be assessed to student accounts that are not paid by the due date up to $150 per quarter. Also, a hold will be placed on the student's account, which will prevent the student from registering or adding any classes until the account is paid in full.
