For ALL Transcript Requests:

  1. Online orders may be placed 24/7, 365 days per year
  2. Payment is required at the time the request is made

Transcripts sent via the Electronic PDF Delivery Method are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Transcripts not sent via the Electronic PDF Delivery Method are processed only on business days when the university is open (Hold for Pickup, Mail, and Express Mail Delivery Methods). Did You Know…?

    1. Many schools prefer to have us send transcripts directly to them. Some schools or employers may not consider a transcript to be “official” if the transcript has been in a student’s possession or if the transcript has been faxed. Please verify with the recipient what is considered acceptable before placing your order.
    2. Once your transcript request has been issued per your instructions, we are unable to reissue an official transcript without another written request and additional payment.
    3. Transcript requests cannot be processed for students who have outstanding charges on their university account. To see if you have a hold, log onto WINGS Express, click on “Student and Financial Aid,” select “Registration and Records,” and then select “View Holds”. Contact information for the department that placed the hold will be provided.
    4. If you do not know your University ID Number and do not have a Social Security Number, please contact Computing and Telecommunications (CaTS) office for assistance at (937) 775-4827.

    Grade Explanation

A transcript explanation will be sent with each official transcript, which explains the grading system and the meaning of various symbols on the transcript. Visit the Registrar's Grading page for more information.
