- Domestic, out of state residency for tuition purposes
- No scholarship application is needed
- Students must be enrolled full time
- The scholarship is divided evenly between the Fall and Spring Semesters
- Cannot be combined with Green & Gold or Rowdy Raider Scholarships.
- Students can receive more than one scholarship designed for non-resident students provided the total amount does not exceed the non-resident tuition surcharge.
- Renewable contingent on maintaining a 2.5 GPA, earning a total of 24 credit hours during the Fall and Spring Semesters, and remaining a non-resident student charged the non-resident surcharge.
