Female pursing a major within the College of Engineering and Computer Science; rank in top 20 percent of graduating class. Must be a resident of Preble, Butler, Warren, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, or Darke County.
Renewable?
Yes; for four years (must maintain a 3.0 GPA at Wright State University)

March 1 (prior to the start of the academic year)
