File Your FAFSA

To apply for grants, work-study, and loans you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Typically, the FAFSA opens on October 1 of every year. The 2023-24 and 2024-25 FAFSA forms are currently available. The launch of the 2024–25 FAFSA was delayed but is now available periodically as part of the Department of Education's soft launch. During the soft launch, the FAFSA form will be available for short periods of time while they monitor site performance and form functionality.

You are encouraged to file a FAFSA before the priority deadline to optimize financial aid eligibility. You may file a FAFSA after the priority deadline; however, aid resources may be limited to federal and state financial aid. If you need assistance completing your FAFSA, RaiderConnect is here to help. Contact us at RaiderConnect@wright.edu or 937-775-4000.

Wright State’s federal school code is 003078.
