Friday, February 15

PARENTS' WEEKEND CHECK-IN
5:00–7:30 p.m.
Dixon Hearth Lounge, Student Union
Receive your registration packet for the weekend and updated schedule. WSU students may check in for their parents and other guests by showing their WRIGHT1 card. Complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks will be available. Registration will also be available on Saturday morning.

ADDITIONAL ON-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES
Kuumba Black Arts Festival: Art in Motion
5:30-8:00 p.m

Apollo Room, Student Union
Kuumba celebrates the wonders of human creativity, particularly in African culture, through a variety of human expression, such as music, art, dance, and poetry. This all-day celebration consists of an art gallery, local vendors, African-inspired cuisine, and live entertainment. The Celebration Feast takes place from 5:30-8:00 p.m.

Friday Night at the Student Union
6:00–9:30 p.m.
Student Union Recreation Center and Atrium
Join your student and others to try your hand at the indoor rock-climbing wall, get moving in our state-of-the-art fitness center, or compete against your student in a game of table tennis, racquetball, billiards, or foosball.

PARENTS' ROUNDTABLE

Join us for an informal presentation hosted by the Vice-President for Student Affairs on the unique characteristics and contributions of this generation of college students and how they affect all of us. Talk with other parents and WSU staff members as we explore the topic and challenges together. The complimentary continental breakfast will continue throughout this event.

BASKETBALL DOUBLE HEADER
Women's Basketball Game vs. Youngstown State
1:00 p.m.
Men's Basketball Games vs. University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC)
7:00 p.m.

The Special Athlete Academic Recognition Ceremony will take place during the men's game halftime. Visit us in Suite #211-A for complimentary snacks and soft drinks during each game as we cheer for the Raiders!
Ticket Information:
- Basketball tickets are good for both games.
- Parents' Weekend attendees may purchase tickets for $5 each. There is a limited quantity available at this price. Tickets are available for pick-up during registration or after noon at the Nutter Center main ticket office "Will Call" window.
- Students can also claim their 2 complimentary tickets using their WRIGHT1 student ID at the Nutter Center Box Office.

MONTE CARLO NIGHT
9:00–11:00 p.m.
Student Union Atrium

Feeling lucky? Have fun with us at the annual Monte Carlo Night! Casino gaming tables with WSU "fun money," hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, great music, and an auction of WSU items and gift certificates from area businesses are all included in the festivities. Cost is only $5 per person. Students, parents, siblings, and friends are all welcome to attend. WSU students also need to purchase a ticket for this event. Monte Carlo Night is sponsored and hosted by students in the WSU Residential Community Association.


Sunday, February 17

BREAKFAST WITH THE PRESIDENT
10:00 a.m.
Berry Room, Nutter Center
Back by popular demand from the Wright State family to yours, join us for Breakfast with the President and First Lady of WSU. This event caps off a fantastic weekend. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and watch as the Parent of the Year Award is presented (Maybe it's you!). The cost for this event is $10 per person. WSU students also need to purchase a ticket for this event.
