Giving Forms

Giving forms tied to Advancement's donation backend may be easily created.  Visitors to a page with a giving form embedded will be able to check the scholarships they wish to donate to, then a new window will pop up containing Advancement's secure site to collect payment details.

  • category: required
    • To find category attribute value, start the giving form at www.wright.edu/give.  For the radio buttons on the first page, click "No" and "I would like to designate my gift," respectively.  The next page has what you need.  The names in the bulleted list at the bottom of the form are the exact values you need to enter for the category.
  • type: optional; by default all types within a category will be shown
    • To get the type attribute value, click on the list item for your category.  On the succeeding page, the heading above each group of checkboxes corresponds to a type parameter.  Enter exactly as it appears, without the colon.

Priority Funds

  • The scholarship was established to encourage excellent students of the region to attend WSU lake campus. It targets top graduates from each high school within the immediate service region. Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum GPA of 3.0, be a graduate of the high school in the immediate service area of Lake campus, and must not hold any other WSU scholarship award.
  • This fund was established for use at the Dean's discretion.

Programs

  • This fund serves the areas of greatest need of Lake Campus, and is used at Dean's discretionary fund
  • This fund was established to be used in awarding loans to St. Mary's City School District graduates to further their education at WSU Lake Campus. Preference will be given students entering technical programs.
  • This fund was established to fund Lake Campus renovation and expansion.
  • This fund was created to fund the creation of the Lake Campus Student Study Center and renovate the Lake Campus Learning Center.

Scholarships

  • This scholarship supports students who wish to pursue a degree from Wright State University - Lake Campus and are a Wright State graduate or the relative of a Wright State graduate.
  • This scholarship is for Lake Campus students.
  • This fund was established by the WOEF Board for a Lake Campus student.

Programs

  • Adapted athletics equipment fund provides support for equipments for Adapted Athletic Program -handicapped students.
  • This fund provides financial assistance for special needs for adapted intramurals and recreation.
  • This fund supports the adapted sport club activities.
  • The adaptive technology fund was created by the Greater Dayton Jaycees for creation and maintenance of the Garden of the Senses.
  • This fund supports the WSU Men's and Women's Bowling Club.
  • This fund was established to support intramural and recreational sports programs.
  • This fund supports the operational expenses of the Office of Career Services
  • This fund supports for the WSU Club Cheerleading sport club.
  • This fund is used to solicit funds for various Counseling and Wellness Services functions and/or programs. Monies will be used to support programs, purchase supplies/technology, and professional development initiatives.
  • This fund provides the operating support for the Wright State University Club Hockey Team
  • This fund supports the area of greatest need for the
  • This fund is used for the design and construction the Dog Park for service animals of Wright State University students
  • This fund supports ongoing operating expenses, equipment, and improvements to the Dog Park
  • To support students with disabilities in the areas of: personal assistants, international education experiences, needs of special populations (i.e., deaf, blind, autisitc, mobility-challenged, etc.), faculty training for working with disabled populations and other services deemed necessary.
  • This fund supports Earth Day philosophies
  • This fund was established for handicapped students for tuition, books, academic supplies, housing or disability related needs.
  • This fund was established to provide discretionary funds in support of the Athletic Council mission.
  • This fund supports the WSU Men and Women's Football Sport Club
  • This fund was established to fund GLBTQA student programs and scholarships.
  • This fund was established to aid the blind of Greene County, Ohio.
  • This fund was established to support funding for Hillel student educational programs.
  • This fund was established to provide necessities for the K-9 unit, funds will be used to purchase food and items related to daily care of the dog.
  • This fund was established to provide budgetary support for Madrigal dinner events.
  • This fund supports the equipment for and improvement of the multipurpose Athletic/Recreation Fields.
  • This fund was established to provide support for outdoor recreation.
  • To support expenses of the Phi Sigma Phi Fraternity
  • This fund was established to help disabled persons learn how to job search.
  • This fund was established to support Project Linus on campus.

  • Supports the area of greatest need within the Student Affairs and Higher Education Program
  • This fund was established for general program support for departments within Student Affairs.
  • This fund was established to support the activities for WSU Student Government.
  • This fund was established to fund leadership programs and student leader scholarships.
  • This fund was established to be utilized for Student Union programs, services and facilities.
  • The fund supports the Office of Disability Services
  • This fund supports the area of greatest need within the Office of Disability Services
  • This fund supports the Institute of Defense Studies, including scholarships awarded by the Institute
  • This fund was established to support funding for the WSU ice hockey club.
  • It was combined with the WWSU Radio Station Operating Fund.
  • This fund was established to be used for general operating expenses of the radio station and any future equipment needed by WWSU and to add to their power increase fund to be used at the discretion of the Director of Student Development.
